Shipping and Refunds

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, or holidays.

No. Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or for packages confirmed lost in transit after carrier investigation.

Please check with your local mail carrier, neighbors, and household members first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
